1. What payment methods does Productling accept?
We accept all common payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, instant bank transfers and advance payments.
2. How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand and because we source products from overseas, we have a processing time of 3 to 5 days. After the order has been successfully recorded, we send out the package, which has a processing time of 5 to 10 days.
3. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within Germany, Austria and Switzerland are free.
4. What are Productling’s return policies?
You can return unused items within 15 days of receiving the goods. For more information, see our Returns Policy.
5. I received an incorrect and/or damaged item. What now?
We're sorry you received an incorrect or damaged item. Please contact our customer service at [your contact information] with your order number and a description of the problem so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. I only received one product. Where is my second product?
Due to the fact that we source products from different warehouses, there may be different arrival times of the products. We apologize for this.
7. How long does the refund take?
The refund of the purchase amount is usually made within 5-7 business days after your return has been processed. We ask for your understanding and patience during this process.
8. How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
9. I haven't received an order confirmation. What now?
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us at productling@outlook.com or support-productling@outlook.com so we can investigate.
If no charge has been made to your account, the order has not been processed. In this case, please place the order again.
